Returns & Exchanges

Items that have not been worn, washed, or altered can be exchanged or returned for a full refund minus all shipping costs.

We do not offer refunds for shipping fees.  However we will refund the cost of return shipping for exchanges.

Items must be returned to GRP1 within 10 days of receipt for a full refund, or within 15 days for exchange or store credit.

To return or exchange an item, please contact us at sales@grp1knits.com. Please let us know why you’d like to return your item, what item you’re returning, and your order number. 

Return requests are reviewed within 3 business days. We will email you with return instructions and a shipping label.

Once returned merchandise has been received, please allow up to 3 business days for exchanges or refunds to be processed.  Once any refunds are issued, it may take up to ten days for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.  Return shipping will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.  Refunds are applied to the payment method used to place the order.
